In the vein of other popular and global chat platforms, we enhanced Chatlivo’s branding approach based on familiarity among people who love to chat. Even the tonal palette and the subtle elements are designed to signify seamless communication and chats between different people.
Chatlivo relies on shades of light green, olive green, blacks and some greys so that the colours themselves are not distractive to the conversations and not too in-the-face.
To suit chats and the easy playful navigation intended by the makers, we have zeroed on Centrale Sans font for the chat application and brand, balancing it with softer greens in different places. The font itself in its regular style is easy on the eyes and clear enough to read for all kinds of users.
The navigation allows users to initiate chats in singular capacity or through chatrooms on diverse topics, and hence the app design elements are subdued and straight-to-the-point. The options within the app gives space to every element to breathe and represents information in a concise manner.
